LAPORTE — A Warsaw woman was killed, and two men were injured after a two-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in La Porte County.
According to a news release from the La Porte County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened shortly after noon on North Fail Road in rural LaPorte.
A preliminary investigation shows that a Toyota driven by a 38-year-old LaPorte man was traveling north on Fail Road when his vehicle crossed the center line and crashed into a Kia.
Both the driver and passenger in the Kia were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The passenger, 77-year-old Lana Pratt, died shortly after arriving at the hospital.
No other details were immediately available.
