A Wawasee High School alumnus is one of four new state troopers beginning their new patrols with the Indiana State Police along the Indiana Toll Road.
28-year old Casey Davis is a 2011 grad from Wawasee, who joined the Marines following graduation and served for seven years at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort in South Carolina. Davis will be on patrol in LaGrange and Steuben Counties.
Davis was one of 36 new troopers who graduated from the 80th Indiana State Police Recruit Academy after 25 weeks of training.
