Warsaw Community Schools announces a new plan for meal pickup and delivery. Beginning on Monday, April 6, snack and lunch meals, for any child under the age of 18, will move to the back parking lot of Lakeview Middle School only. All other sites will close.

Under the new plan, Food and Nutrition Service staff with the support of Transportation staff will provide 5 meals on Mondays only from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This is a 1 day, 1 location, 5 meal plan.

Families who have qualified for meal delivery will receive 5 days’ worth of meals on Mondays each week.

Additional changes to note include the requirement to register in advance and to bring a photo id. To help protect the safety of WCS staff and families, there will no longer be walk-ups; recipients must remain in their vehicle. No exceptions.

The 5-day meal registration form is posted on the WCS District FAQs Forum bit.ly/WCSRegisterforLunch and https://wcsfoodandnutrition.org. Contact Marci Franks mfranks@warsawschools.org with questions.
