Winona Council approves clarification on trailer ordinance

The Winona Lake Town Council is clarifying overnight parking trailer rules.

An ordinance passed in 2004 had banned trailers from being parked in the streets between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., but there was confusion over whether the law meant attached or unattached trailers.

The Times Union reports the Council has now unanimously approved an ordinance that makes the law apply to both.
