Improvements will begin today on the bicycle and pedestrian path along East Winona Avenue from Colfax to Argonne Road in Winona Lake. The project includes adding dedicated bike lanes on the north and south side, and a pedestrian walk on the just the south side. Construction should be finished by May 16.
