Woman Files Sexual Harassment Suit Against Supervisor

An Elkhart woman has filed a sexual harassment suit against her former supervisor at a Goshen factory. Timothy Puffer at Kinro Manufacturing is named in the suit as initiating the  harassment shortly after Lorelei Mounsey began work at the glass plant last year. The suit alleges several incidents, including one where Puffer ran his finger along her chest, telling her his name was tattooed on her. The suit says he became “inappropriately attentive, telling her how beautiful she was…and that “He'd take good care of her”. She alleges after a few weeks, the incidents increased and at one point, he pressed his private parts against her hand. She says she became overwhelmed with anxiety and depression and had to see a doctor… and that her husband called Kinro to complain… and, on that very day, she was fired. The Elkhart Truth contacted the company's attorney, who would not comment.
