Mariners Drive will be closed to thru traffic from Husky Trail to N. Pointe Drive starting today. Some of the project activities will be shoulder work for a utility investigation, removing existing asphalt, concrete patching and several other things to improve the road. Mariners Drive will remain open to local traffic for the businesses and residences between Husky Trail and N Pointe Drive. Access for these affected businesses and residences will be from N Pointe Drive onto Mariners Drive. The detour route will be Husky Trail to N Pointe Drive. The construction is expected to be complete by November.
