Even though he was taken off the Indiana and Michigan sex offender registries in October, the terms of 20-year-old Zach Anderson’s probation still make him an “outcast,” according to his dad.
As part of his probation, Zach, convicted of a misdemeanor after he had sex with a 14-year-old girl, can’t “be alone with or have contact with any person under the age of 18,” according to court documents. He also can’t go anywhere where there might be teenagers or children, which includes parks and public beaches, arcades or amusement parks.
“Basically, he has the same restrictions that he had prior to his sentencing,” Les Anderson said. “By making that statement, I want to say he almost becomes an outcast again to society.”
