Zimmer Biomet to consider hiring Warsaw graduates with Kosciusko County Work Ethic Certificate

Zimmer Biomet could be hiring a lot of new high school graduates.

Warsaw Community Schools is teaming up with the company. The partnership means Zimmer Biomet will consider high school seniors with a Kosciusko County Work Ethic Certificate for a job.

To earn the certificate, students must meet criteria related to grades, attendance, leadership, teamwork, work-ready skills, personal accountability and respectfulness.

If they are then hired full time at Zimmer Biomet, they’d get a benefit package including health insurance and college tuition reimbursement.
