March Indiana employment numbers have been released and they show we’re lower than national rate. Indiana’s unemployment rate stands at 3.9 percent for March and remains lower than the national rate of 4.5 percent, according to the latest report released by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. That’s the lowest it’s been since 2001. According to the report, Indiana’s Labor Force increased by 6,000 over the previous month. Private sector employment also grew by more than 39,000 over the year.
