Trial Date Set For Mickgomery Hisey

A trial date has been set for a man accused of causing a Christmas Night crash in Kosciusko County that killed two people. A jury trial is due to begin October 3rd for Mickgomery Hisey, who is charged with 8 felonies. Police say Hisey was speeding in the wrong lane on a county road near Syracuse that night when his vehicle hit a car driven by Stephen Conrad. Conrad’s wife Kim and son Stephen Conrad II were killed in the crash, while he and passenger Brody Jordan were injured. Court records say Hisey’s Blood Alcohol Content was .12-percent at the time of the crash. Hisey is currently on home detention.
