5TH Person Arrested In Connection To Syracuse Murders

KCSD Press Release – Kosciusko County detectives have arrested a fifth subject as a result of the February 19th shooting incident in Syracuse, Indiana. Thomas Glen Hursey, 27, Warsaw, Indiana, has been charged with two counts of murder, along with a felony charge of aiding, inducing or causing robbery with serious bodily injury (level 2 felony).  Hursey was originally arrested and transported to the Kosciusko County Jail on March 2nd regarding a warrant issued for “parole violation”.  According to a probable cause affidavit, Hursey admitted to being with Brandon Woody and Kyle DeHart at Tara Thornburg's home at the time of the murder.  No bond has been issued on Hursey.
