Second body found in Leesburg quarry after ice fisherman’s body found Sunday

A second body has been found in the Leesburg quarry where an ice fisherman was found dead Sunday night, Feb. 21.

According to Indiana Conservation Officer Jonathon Boyd, the body of 41-year-old Allen Stattler has been located.

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources believes the men were ice fishing when at least one of them fell through the ice. Ice fishing equipment was spotted near a large hole.
