WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools (WCS) is inviting all Kosciusko County residents, whether or not they have children in the school system, to share their voice in shaping the district’s next five-year strategic plan.
This short, anonymous survey will help guide decisions that impact students’ learning, classrooms and the broader community.

WCS is developing this new strategic plan to continue its mission to inspire and equip all students to acquire and apply knowledge and skills while pursuing their dreams and enriching the lives of others.
Everyone in the community has a stake in strong schools. Even those without children at WCS benefit when schools thrive. Strong schools attract and retain businesses, provide a well-prepared workforce and create a vibrant, connected community. The strength of local schools directly impacts the quality of life for everyone who lives and works in Kosciusko County.
