WARSAW — Malfunctioning traffic signals that apparently began on Monday at the intersection of US 30 and Center Street in Warsaw were still continuing on Thursday morning, and the city issued a statement saying they were unsure when it would be resolved.
The signal outage is causing significant traffic delays in the area, and the city is encouraging motorists to plan alternate routes and allow for additional travel time while the signal is being repaired.
Eastbound traffic was backed up this morning as far back as Depuy Synthes, said one motorist.
The city said INDOT has crews on-site trying to restore the signal, adding that “However, at this time, there is no estimated time of completion.”
