PIERCETON — On Tuesday, detectives with the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested a Pierceton man on alleged charges of possession of child sexual abuse material and possession of drugs.
This investigation began when a tip was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tip ultimately led to a search warrant being served on a residence in rural Pierceton.
As a result of the investigation, Claude Mullins, 63 of Pierceton, IN, was arrested and transported to the Kosciusko County Jail for:
- Possession of Child Pornography, Level 5 Felony
- Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Felony
- Possession of Marijuana, Class B-Misdemeanor
- Possession of Paraphernalia, Class A-Misdemeanor
The Indiana State Police was assisted by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office and the Howard County Sheriff’s Department.
