Michael W. Johnson, age 62, of Claypool, passed away on May 29, 2026, in Parkview LaGrange Hospital, LaGrange, Indiana.
A Life Celebration Service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Warsaw with 2 hours of visitation prior to the service. Pastor Diane Quance will officiate. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in Silver Lake, Indiana.
