WE LEAD Kosciusko to Host Community Leadership Event on August 5 (Warsaw, IN) – WE LEAD Kosciusko invites residents to explore opportunities to volunteer, serve, and lead throughout Kosciusko County during a community leadership event designed to connect individuals with organizations and initiatives making a difference in the community. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Zimmer Biomet Center Lake Pavilion, 119 E. Canal St., Warsaw, Indiana. The event will bring together local leaders and residents for connection, learning, and information sharing about community and public service opportunities. “Kosciusko County is filled with people who care deeply about their community. Sometimes they simply need an invitation to get involved,” said Kristin Huscher-Pahl, WE LEAD Board Member. “WE LEAD Kosciusko is designed to connect residents with opportunities to serve, lead, and make a meaningful impact. Whether through volunteering, serving on a board, joining a civic organization, or pursuing public service, every contribution helps build a stronger, more vibrant community for everyone.” The program will feature local leaders sharing their experiences and insights into community involvement, public service, and leadership. Attendees will learn about opportunities in public service, nonprofit leadership, community boards, civic organizations, volunteerism, and leadership development programs. Featured speakers and panelists include: ● Rachael Rhoades – Kosciusko County Council ● Trisha Musall, OTD – Program Manager, Joe’s Kids ● Dr. Allyn Decker – Vice President of Operations & Engagement, OrthoWorx; KLA Moderator ● Ben Rice, CRC – Vice President, Lake City Bank ● Marlene Mulero-Betances – President & CEO, EnPak LLC ● Barb Ridley – Community Volunteer and Board Member Organizers hope the event will encourage more residents to discover meaningful ways they can make a positive difference in Kosciusko County.
