The Salvation Army gained a big donation from the Warsaw Rotary Club.

Ken Locke said during the December 20th meeting of the club, the Rotary collected $40,000 to help support Angel Tree and other services for the Salvation Army to help those in need throughout Kosciusko County.

This was the 54th Annual event which started in 1965 when member N. Bruce Howe wanted to honor Brigadier Brice Phillipson calling it “Brice’s Day”.  A little under $1,000 was gathered that first Christmas season.
