Two people were injured following a three-vehicle crash in southern Kosciusko County early Thursday morning.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened at the intersection of State Road 14 and Packerton Road. An investigation shows a 20-year old woman from Goshen, who was travelling westbound on SR 14, was making a left hand turn onto Packerton Road and pulled into the path of an eastbound semi-truck, driven by 67-year old Mark Roser of Wabash.

The car the woman was driving then hit another westbound car, driven by a 62-year old Syracuse man. The Goshen woman was flown to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne with severe injuries, while the Syracuse man was also taken to Fort Wayne by ambulance with serious injuries. Their names are being withheld pending family notification.

Roser sustained minor injuries and was treated and released from the scene.
