Basketball Games Serve as Fundraisers Friday

Basketball fans in our community will have an opportunity to assist with “Operation Reagan Strong” at tonight’s Warsaw home game against Wawasee.

The two schools are teaming up to help Reagan Dice, a Warsaw Community High School senior who is fighting a rare form of cancer.

Volunteers will be collecting donation at the entrances to the Tiger Den.

Whitko High School will be raising money for the family of one of their current students and a member of their boys basketball coaching staff at their game with Tippecanoe Valley tonight.

The Wildcats are asking for cash donations to support the West family, whose home was recently lost to a fire. Whitko junior Summer West was severely injured in the fire; she is currently undergoing treatment at Riley’s Children’s Hospital. Her brother, River, is the seventh grade coach.
