It turns out the man whose body was found near Lincoln Ave. and Steury Ave. in Goshen is brother of Elkhart Council David Henke. Relatives of 59 year-old Robert Henke called police, just before midnight, Sunday night after he left for a bicycle ride and did not return. Police found Henke lying motionless in a parking lot around 5 o'clock, Monday morning, after searching the roads and bike paths in the area believed to have been the route Henke would have been near.
