Candidate files for Etna Green Town Board vacancy

There’s now one candidate vying for the Etna Green Town Board vacancy.

Jason W. Hanes is the first to file.

The seat opened up when Todd Slabaugh announced his resignation earlier this month.

Kosciusko County GOP Chairman Mike Ragan will be making an appointment to fill the role as there are not enough Precinct Committeemen to hold a caucus.

The vacancy will be filled and announced on April 4 at 2 p.m.

Additional candidates can file up to 72 hours before that.
