CLAYPOOL — The Post Office in Claypool has been temporarily closed to address building and safety concerns, according to a statement issued Wednesday.
As a result, postal services have been shifted to the Warsaw Post Office on Market Street.
Rural route mail delivery will continue but items that can’t be delivered will be redirected to the Warsaw post office, according to a statement from Michelle Isabell, manager of Post Office operations.
The statement further adds they are working diligently to restore services to the Claypool facility.
No details about what is wrong with the building were provided.
