A brand new park in the city of Goshen is being targeted and vandals are causing thousands of dollars in damages.
Crews with the parks and recreation department say they normally find rocks scattered about and plants pulled up from the roots but damage beign done at Rock Run Park is becoming more severe, including damage a water pump used for a rock pond, vandalism to bathrooms and trees that have been damaged. The destruction is adding up to as much as ten-thousand dollars, according to ABC-57 News.
The Goshen Parks and Recreation Department has now filed a police report. They are asking that anyone who sees anything suspicious to call police right away.
