Demolition of the old Warsaw City Hall is set to begin today.

The building at the intersection of High and Market Streets was purchased by the Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church back in June after it sat empty for about five years.

After the demolition, the land will be used for additional parking.

Over the weekend the Times-Union reports the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and Nappanee Police used the building for training exercises.
