An Elkhart County man accused of child molesting has been captured in Pensacola, Florida.51 year-old Scott Culver was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on Friday. It was back in 2013 when Culver admitted to police he was in a sexual relationship with an 11-year-old girl for at least a month. He told police he thought the girl was 17. Officers found sexually explicit text messages between Culver and the 11-year-old, as well as texts suggesting he gave the girl alcohol. A 12 year-old, told police Culver had kissed her and touched. He faces more than 150 years in prison if convicted on four counts of child molesting, one count of child solicitation and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor filed against him.
