Engle Trial Update: Jury Unable To Make Unanimous Decision

<br />
A hung jury on one count and not guilty on the second count. That's how the trial for Franklin Engle ended Wednesday night after hours of deliberation by the jury. Count one was for sexual misconduct with a minor, which the jury found themselves unable to reach a decision on. The jury reported to Superior Court judge Duane Huffer that they were deadlocked and unable to reach a unanimous decision. The jury foreman also reported that it was not believed that additional time would change the outcome of their decision. Count two shared the same charge of sexual misconduct of a minor, in which the jury found Engle not guilty. Franklin Engle is accused of sexually assaulting and molesting two teen girls.
