Eric Michael Gibbs, 41, of Winona Lake, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on Monday, October 31, 2016 on charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, battery of law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and disarming law enforcement. His bond was set at $10,250.
