Warsaw Parks Department announced the annual Family Carnival at Central Park is from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Enjoy children’s entertainment, inflatables, games, face painting, dunk tank, Penguin Point’s big wheel race and more at the Central Park’s Glover Pavilion in Warsaw. It is brought to you by the Warsaw Parks Department.
