An engineering firm got the green light to study the US 30 corridor in Warsaw to go in line with the Indiana Department of Transportation, who will be doing the overall study of the highway from Ohio to Valparaiso.

At Friday’s Board of Works meeting, the board unanimously approved DLZ Engineers to study the street alignments along US 30 and they will bring back their findings at a later date. Community Development Director Jeremy Skinner says the study will help narrow down the options:

The contract with DLZ will not exceed $62,000 for the study.
