Former Warsaw Dr. Arrested For Sexual Misconduct With A Minor



A former Warsaw doctor was arrested by Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Thursday afternoon for multiple charges, including sexual misconduct with a minor.
Mark A. Jensen, 62, of 1923 E. Timberline Circle South, Warsaw, doctor of general surgery, was arrested following a criminal investigation by Indiana State Police Detective Josh Rozzi. Jensen was served an arrest warrant charging him with four felony counts of child exploitation and a single felony count for sexual misconduct with a minor, according to an ISP press release. Jensen was then transported to Fulton County Jail on a $40,000 bond. 
Rozzi received information from the Fulton County Division of the Indiana Department of Child Services that an adult male, Jensen, had possibly performed a sex act on a 14-year-old boy. 
In November 2012, Jensen allegedly    committed a sex act with the Kosciusko County boy. Jensen also videotaped the boy, who was nude.
The investigation revealed that in July 2010, Jensen videotaped another young male who was nude, that time a 17-year-old Kosciusko County resident.
The alleged acts with both boys on separate occasions took place at a hunting cabin on a property near 13700 E. Ind. 14, Akron.
The investigation is ongoing.
