A Fort Wayne native is moving on to the next round on NBC’s “The Voice.”

But just barely.

Christiana Danielle, the 22-year-old from Fort Wayne, sang Elastic Heart on last night’s episode in a “knockout round” showdown against Terrence Cunningham. She lost, but celebrity coach Alicia Keys used her one and only “save” to keep her on the show.

She would have moved on either way, as judges Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine tried to “steal” her away from Keys once the knockout round was over.

Christiana will be part of live performances that start on the 16th. The winner of the national singing competition gets a recording contract and $100,000.
