General Motors Ft. Wayne Renovations

More than $1.2 billion  in renovations are coming to the General Motors Truck Assembly plant in Fort Wayne. Upgrades include technological improvements to make the facility more competitive in assembling light and heavy-duty trucks. Governor Mike Pence says Tuesday's announcement wasn't a run-of-the-mill announcement.

The improvements include a new paint shop, expanded body and assembly lines. More than 3,800 employees work at the Fort Wayne Assembly.
