A homeless Goshen man has been arrested after police found him manufacturing meth. According to WNDU, 38 year old Chad Johnson was arrested over the weekend after running from police and entering a nearby residence. Johnson was found to be in possession of meth and arrested for resisting law enforcement. He's currently being held at the Elkhart County Jail.
