It's a guilty plea from the South Bend mother accused of taking her 9 month-old daughter to a heroin deal. Guilty of felony neglect of a dependent charges. It happened back in February. Police were called after 31 year-old Heather Gipperich arrived at her mother's home without her baby. After a few frantic hours, the child was found, safe, with a woman who had been taking care of her for days. Gipperich will be sentenced in mid-September.
