U.S. Senators from Indiana are divided when it comes to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Democrat Joe Donnelly announced last week that he would not be voting for Kavanaugh following testimony on sexual assault allegations.  Still, he says he does not view Supreme Court vacancies through a partisan lens and would work with the president on a new nominee.

Senator Todd Young released a statement last night saying it’s time to vote, and confirming his support of Kavanaugh as the nominee.
