Indiana Tech opens application for students seeking financial help for certain programs

Indiana Tech is an approved education provider for Indiana’s Workforce Ready Grant, which is part of the state’s Next Level Jobs program. Qualifying students can have the entire cost of an undergraduate certificate from Indiana Tech covered by the grant.  The university was awarded an additional $500,000 of Workforce Ready Grant funding for the 2020-21 spring semester.
Indiana Tech offers undergraduate certificates in high-demand fields that allow students to improve their knowledge and skills, giving them a competitive edge and enabling them to advance in their careers. Each undergraduate certificate is comprised of six to seven courses, and students can choose from the following programs:
  • Basic Accounting                    
  • Construction Management
  • Health Care Administration
  • Human Resources Management
  • InsurTech
  • Management
  • Marketing
  • Organizational Leadership
  • Production Management
To be eligible, applicants must
  • Be an Indiana resident and a U.S. citizen (or eligible non-citizen)
  • Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) but less than a college degree
  • Enroll in any qualifying training program at an eligible training provider
  • Complete the FAFSA
  • Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress
  • Enroll at least half-time
