INDOT Awarding $102 Million To Cities

The Indiana Department of Transportation is awarding $102 million in federal transportation funding to cities, towns and counties.  It includes $70 million for road construction, $17 million for bridge construction, $12 million for bicycle and pedestrian, and nearly $3 million for safety projects. In Warsaw, improvements will be made to East Market Street between Hickory and Bronson streets.  In South Whitley, sidewalks will be improved for pedestrian access east of SR 5.
