The westbound lanes of US 30 between Etna Green and Bourbon could reopen sooner than expected.
That’s according to the latest update from the Indiana Department of Transportation, who anticipates work on the failed culvert to be completed by the end of the week. Once the work is completed, the westbound lanes will reopen and shift to the eastbound lanes, closing those for two weeks.
The same detour will apply for eastbound traffic, taking State Road 331 down to State Road 10, then to State Road 19 back north to US 30.
