Judge Strikes Down Hoosier Laws Regulating Abortion Clinics

A federal judge has struck down some Hoosier laws that regulate abortion clinics. In a preliminary ruling, a U.S. District Judge said that the law that tried to regulate Planned Parenthood clinics differently then regular doctor's offices violated the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. Attorney General Greg Zoeller‘s office says they are reviewing the full ruling before deciding whether or not to appeal.
