The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is looking into several burglaries that took place in the Kuhn Lake area.

During neighborhood patrol on Thursday morning, Sergeant Chris Francis observed several sets of footprints in the snow between residences on EMS B6A Lane. Deputies located one home with a rear window that had been forced open; with two additional burglaries reported shortly thereafter.

Deputies followed the footprints, which went around homes and vehicles, for nearly a half mile. As a result of the investigation, several potential suspects have been identified. Police are asking residents that live in the EMS B4, B5, B6 and B7 Lane areas to check surveillance footage from the mornings of February 1st, 5th, 6th, 7th and 13th.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s office.
