The new school zone lights on Husky Trail will be up and running soon.

Warsaw Schools Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education Dr. David Robertson says the school is still in the process of programming the lights and says they have a tentative date of March 1st to be up and running.

The lights are placed for Harrison Elementary School, with one just past the Mariners Drive roundabout on the south end and the other near the entrance to the Silver Fox Ridge subdivision on the north end.

The signs were first discussed at the August Traffic Safety Commission meeting. They include two blinking LED lights with a speed indicator on the bottom.
