The outdoor season of the Kosciusko County Farmers & Artisans Market will still be opening on Saturday May 2nd in downtown Warsaw, from 9am-1pm.

The market will be having a different start due to the current COVID restrictions. Officials say they will only be allowing essential vendors, such as those who sell fresh produce, locally raised meats, microgreens, eggs and maple syrup.

Officials stress that they will be taking all necessary precautions and will be spreading out vendors to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

The market says that getting locally sourced food is more important than ever, stating “We hope getting your food directly from a farmer, can give you a peace of mind, knowing that the number of people that handle the food is very limited.”
