The latest realtor's report shows a one-and-a-half percent increase from a year ago. The number of pending home sales is nearly 5 percent higher, possibly pointing to a stronger-than-expected late summer and early fall. In Koscuisko County, sales are down 2 percent, year-to-year. But the median sale price is up a whopping 11-and-a-half percent.
