To continue its 20th year celebration, K21 Health Foundation presented a gift of $20,000 to Kosciusko Community Senior Services. Since 1957, KCSS has worked to meet the needs of the senior citizens throughout Kosciusko County with such programs as Mobile Meals, handicapped accessible van transportation and the Senior Activity Center.

K21 was pleased to honor their years of service to county residents with this gift.

“KCSS is a very important organization for this community in that they provide so many needed services to residents of Kosciusko County who are 60 and older,” said K21 President and CEO Rich Haddad. “The transportation program is one great example. The drivers pick up residents from their homes and provide door-to-door services for doctor appointments, therapy, treatment, prescriptions and grocery shopping, as well as bringing them to the Senior Activity Center so they can participate in the various activities they offer.”
