Kosciusko YMCA Introduces New Adaptive Programs Coordinator

In an effort to continue to provide a place for everyone, the Kosciusko Community YMCA is introducing Anne Petre as their new Adaptive Programs Coordinator.  According to a YMCA press release, Anne brings a great deal of knowledge and previous experience in adaptive programs. She will be helping the YMCA provide new programs, as well as working with their current programs to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all those with special needs-both young and old.  Activities being offered include private swim lessons, a water motion class, aqua recreation, fit for all, and Adaptive Social Hours, which is a time for those with special needs, age 13 and up to socially interact with activities including board games, crafts, dancing, seasonally based parties, and group games.
