Leesburg Man Charged For Sex With A Teen

Dominic Fisher, a Leesburg parent, has been arrested for having sexual intercourse with a teenage girl.
Fisher, 32, of 6941 N. Kalorama Road, Leesburg, was arrested on two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor between the ages of 14 and 16.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputy Tom Waikel received a sexual misconduct complaint on May 24, according to an affidavit of probable cause provided by Kosciusko County officials. The victim and her parents came to the Sheriff’s Department that day.
The victim, a teen girl, said that she had sex with Dominic Fisher on two occasions. Allegedly she was not forced to have sex but Fisher did harass her to the point where she finally gave in, the victim told police.
The first incident happened sometime between April 6 and April 10, during the victim’s spring break. Fisher took the victim to his basement where they had sex on his pool table.
The victim said that she and Fisher had sex again some time between May 1 and May 10 while Fisher’s wife and children were not home.
On May 26, Fisher told KCSD that nothing happened between him and the victim. Then on Aug. 13, KCSD met with Fisher’s wife. She told officers that Fisher admitted to her that he had sex with the victim twice.
Fisher is being held in Kosciusko County Jail with a $15,250 bond.
