Phase one of Limitless Park, the splash pad is set to open today in Winona Lake. Limitless Park is hoped to be a place where people of all abilities and ages can play. The splash pad will be open tomorrow and sunday from 11-6, and open daily following Memorial weekend. Once the next phases of the park are complete, it will feature playground equipment that is available for use to individuals with disabilities. The soft opening and ribbon cutting for the splash pad will be tonight at 7 pm.
