Man Arrested For Double Shooting In South Bend

Indianapolis Police have arrested a man wanted for a double shooting in South Bend. 22 year-old Deloren Wilson was taken into custody after South Bend Police notified officers in Indianapolis that he may be in the Circle City this weekend for the Summer Celebration. Wilson was wanted in connection with a double shooting in the 400 block of East Fairview Avenue, last Monday night.  One of the victims, 24 year-old Turquoise Buggs, later slipped into critical condition. An officer saw Wilson jaywalking downtown and when police approached him, he resisted arrest and was shocked with a tazer. While Wilson was being arrested, police says they found a gun on him.
